What is a Conflict of Interest?
A conflict of interest arises when an employee's personal interests (financial, family, relational) may influence or appear to influence their judgment and professional decisions to the detriment of PSDG's interests or those of its clients.

Reporting Obligations

Continuous update
Declarations must be updated as soon as a new potential conflict situation arises.
Whistleblower protection
No retaliation may be exercised against an employee who has declared a conflict of interest in good faith.
